3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Our service is offered as:

  • Free Plan: Limited features, 5 sessions per month
  • Pro Plan: $19.99/month, unlimited sessions and full features
  • Elite Plan: $49.99/month, premium features including priority AI coach responses, advanced insights, and API access

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to ARKAI, including swing videos and session data. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARKAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
